  1. Check your order confirmation email Right after checkout we email you a confirmation for your order (e.g. “Order #1001 confirmed”). Click View your order in that email to see its latest status at any time.
  2. Watch for the shipping confirmation email When your order is dispatched, we send you a shipping confirmation email.
  3. Can’t find the email? Check your spam folder, or contact us with your order number and the phone number you used at checkout.
